SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via Bpost within 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Standard shipping is 7€ for shipping in Belgium (2-3 days). Delivery available to all countries in the European Union (3-7 days, 14€) and worldwide (7-14 days, 18-35€ depending on destination). Due to new US authorities import laws, shipping to the United-States is made threw UPS (3-7 days, 40€).
Customs fees are your responsibility. I'm not responsible for delays due to weather or postal issues. For destinations not listed, please contact me and we'll find a shipping solution together.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Not happy with your order? Return it within 14 days for a full refund. Items should be in original condition. You cover return shipping (7-35€ depending on location), and I'll process your refund within 3 business days after receiving back the piece.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your email and shipping address is collected when you place an order. Your email is used for order updates only—I won't add you to marketing emails. I share your shipping info to deliver your order. Google Analytics is used to see how many people visit my site. I keep your order info for 7 years for tax purposes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must be 18+ to order. I can cancel any order for any reason and will refund you if I do. Prices may change, but you pay what's shown at checkout. I'm not responsible if your package gets lost after I ship it. Sometimes crazy stuff happens (natural disasters, supply issues) that's totally out of my control. If there's a problem, email me and we'll work it out. These terms follow french law.
